Warranty Claims

We’ve got you covered – don’t worry. All Breakwater Supply products, excluding apparel, are backed by our 2 Year Gear Up Warranty from date of purchase, provided they’ve been bought from our website or from an authorized retailer (including our Amazon and Walmart.com storefronts).

Our 2 Year Gear Up Warranty program covers your product should it fail due to a defect in its construction. If you’ve encountered an issue with your purchase, please fill out the form below to make a warranty claim. We require all information to process your claim.

Please note all claims are on the original purchase only (meaning we do not extend the warranty if you have already received a replacement), and your original purchase must have been made within the past 2 years. If your claim is eligible for replacement, you will receive a one-time replacement of the same or similar product. Note that your replacement will be based on stock we have available and is likely to be a different color than your original purchase.

We cover your warranty replacement product for free, and you are only required to pay the shipping cost. We will provide a link to pay for shipping after your claim is submitted. On some occasions, we may ask that you send your original product back to us for inspection, as this allows us to improve our products.

Handling your warranty issue is our top priority, and we respond the same day on business days (Monday through Friday excluding United States holidays). Thanks for relying on your Breakwater Supply gear, and we’ll do everything we can to get you back out there as quickly as possible.
