This backpack is heavy duty! I work as a camp counselor at an outdoor camp and have used it in various weather conditions (rain/shine) and at different nature spots (lakes, waterfalls, rivers, trails, etc). I haven't tested its waterproof claim yet (been meaning to do so in my bathtub), but I have worn it while it rained, and the stuff in my backpack was absolutely dry! The zippers are hard to move, but that's because they are supposed to prevent water from seeping through. I do like how there is a pocket you can slip your phone into that you can see on the outside, and the material covering your phone is thin enough so that you can still touch your phone screen! I prefer this backpack to the other ones that have the openings at the top that you have to roll down - it's so much easier just being able to unzip the backpack and grab what I need! I think the only thing that tripped me up at first was the price point, but, other than that...I would highly recommend this backpack! I highly recommend this waterproof bag! My family has a total of 4, and have put them to the test during a rainy track season in the Midwest. They also survived the hurricane deck at Cave of the Winds while visiting Niagara Falls--everything inside the bag has stayed dry in extremely wet conditions. I would recommend these bags to anyone. The size options are great, and totally worth the price.

I'm excited to test this bag out while navigating through rough water terrain.

Purchased this backpack since it has been storming recently and needed to protect my electronics. Works perfectly. Initially the front zipper was extremely difficult to get open and thought I would break it if I pulled any harder but it eventually yielded. Wearing the backpack is comfortable but the inside is pretty barebones. Would have liked some softer material on the inside on the bottom for padding but I guess there are manufacturing limitations. Overall should be worth it if it protects my electronics even 1 time.

Great for sloppy weather, boating, or casual wear.

It is just about the right size for bike commuting.

I love this backpack. I walk to work and needed something waterproof. It fits my umbrella, fold-up rain coat, rain pants, and lunch. The zippers are kinda stiff, but they will probably relax after a while. It's expensive, but definitely worth the price.

This is a really nice beach bag and I have been very impressed by how practical it is for water trips. It is really amazing how this bag stands up to water and sand because I have taken it out several times to the beach and even on a small boat ride and nothing inside has ever gotten damp. I got this to keep personal items including electronics like my phone, earbuds, and power bank protected, and it has been great for that. The waterproof zipper seals tightly and the shoulder strap feels comfortable enough to carry even when the bag is packed full. The IP68 rating seems accurate because I have accidentally splashed it a few times and the water just rolls right off without soaking in at all. The bag is quite well made and robust with thick materials that feel tough and built to last. The seams look heat welded rather than stitched which adds confidence that it will stay sealed long term. I like that the bottom panel has some structure so it stands upright when placed on the sand, making it easier to find things without the bag collapsing. The interior is spacious enough for towels, sunscreen, snacks, and a change of clothes while still leaving room for smaller valuables. After using it a few weekends in a row, I can say it has performed flawlessly and looks almost new even after being exposed to salt air and bright sun.

Well I'm not about to take it under Niagara Falls but I did purchase it for an upcoming cruise trip. Already signed up for multiple excursions one of them being to waterfalls in Jamaica. Holds plenty of stuff. The one gripe i have is that I wanted a brighter color but the black is still nice.
