Warranty

All Breakwater Supply products, excluding apparel, have a 1 year standard use warranty from date of purchase, provided they’ve been purchased from our website or from an authorized retailer (including our Amazon and Walmart.com storefronts). This 1 year standard use warranty covers regular use should the product fail in any way. Our products are built for outdoor use in all-weather conditions and we expect you to use them as such. Simply contact us to provide context about your situation and we’ll make it right. This warranty is our promise to ensure our gear performs as it should.

Warranty: Gear Up Extension

As a special extension of this 1 year standard use warranty, you have the option of registering your product using our Gear Up program to double this warranty to 2 years. You must register your product within 30 days of purchase. Click here to register your gear.

Returns: Website Orders & Non-Amazon Orders

If you have purchased an item from us on our website or a non-Amazon platform such as Walmart.com, we back our products with a 30 day returns policy. Simply contact us to provide context about your return and we will make it right. Any products that are returned must be unused and in the original packaging. When you return an item, we reserve the right to reject the return. If you’ve taken it out of the packaging and decided it wasn’t for you, that’s completely fine, and we will gladly take the item back. However, if you’ve removed it from the packaging and tried it out in the field, it’s already been put to use and we will not accept the item as a return.

Returns: Amazon Orders

If you’ve ordered your product from Amazon, don’t worry — we’ll fix any issues you have. Simply contact us to provide context about your return and we’ll make it right. You can also email us at contact@breakwatersupply.com.

If you believe there is any damage, include photos for us to review. We’ll get back right away about what to do next.

Refunds: Preorders

Please note, because we use the money raised from preorders to manufacture our inventory, they are non-refundable until you have received the product. When you have received the product, your order is eligible for a full return if you are unhappy with the item.
