These are not only sharp looking , but also comfortable and waterproof! All in one ! The best!

Haven’t had the opportunity to test this backpack in any heavy rain yet, but the design is sleek and well built. The shoulder straps can be a little uncomfortable depending on the weight of what’s inside the bag and I hope the back-pad drys quickly because it looks a little spongey. Overall looks and feels like a sturdy bag for the price

I've depended on a lot of water resistent and waterproof backpacks for about a year and I could tell this is the real deal. There are two requirements to be waterproof: 1. the material 2. sealing any openings (zippers or roll tops). While roll tops are waterproof, it doesn't mean the openings are completely waterproof under pressure. Also, most roll top bags are built like sacks which serve a purpose but don't make good day packs. However, this bag uses drysuit zippers. But it also has several unique features I haven't seen on a zippable pack like this: 1. two mesh water bottle hoders (while a bit small, they do stretch; see picture), a laptop divider (no padding but should still hold up) 3. Most importantly, the same waterproof zippers on the front stash pocket. I got mine in Cordura which was a 10 dollar difference but is a top notch rip resistent perofrmance fabric. Overall, I do recommend this bag but I do wish it shipped flat (can see the crease in the middle but should be fine once used) and maybe a 30L/28L version with hip straps?

When it arrived in the mail it was on time with quick delivery. Showing excitement and ready to try out this new bag. Switching from a worn out a waterproof Patagonia 30L , after close to two-years of daily use. It also stored all the personal property allowing everything to stay dry. Lowering any stress one might have when getting caught in the rain or on the boat with water splashing on deck. This is an awesome backpack for organized onshore fisherman who carry all there tackle and want to keep it dry. The primary Breakwater Supply backpack I use goes through ups and downs daily, with an average weight of ten pounds in the bag. Holding everything one might need and use for a business administrative lifestyle. Which in this case is education while in college over the next few years. Here comes the good news, this manufacture stands by there product with professional customer service and has provided a brand new Backpack after mine became damaged. If your looking to try a waterproof bag this company is offering a water tight sealed bag.

I love it. It’s light weight and with a lot of space inside. The zippers are hard at the beginning but also that makes you feel safer the first time that you submerge the backpack.

We recently took a trip to the British Virgin Islands and stayed on a boat for several days. We bought this because we were worried about traveling to and from the boat via the dinghy and getting our phones, towels, and money, wet. It kept everything bone dry even through a downpour and a swim from boat to shore, one day. We were pretty nervous about swimming with it but it not only kept everything completely dry but also acted as a bit of a floating device (do not recommend putting the pack ON your back while swimming). Definitely a great purchase!

We run an all-weather camera delivery in NYC. Seven days or a week rain, shine or blizzard. We immediately knew we were dealing with professional grade gear when we opened the box, these bags are seriously constructed and for our purposes, keep very expensive camera gear bone dry after 10 hours out in the rain. That being said, they did not completely forget about the style end of things , the backpack does not look like a rubber dry-bag and can totally be used as an every day commuter backpack etc. So it’s pretty much consensus amongst those who review these products that they are an extremely high-quality product, recently we had a zipper issue and I got to experience the customer service end of the Breakwater brand philosophy. Very handy well made accessories

I've been working on boats for ten years, and I can say this is the best backpack I've ever had. Completely waterproof and durable, easy to open and store your belongings. The internal pockets are very useful for organizing small items. Comfortable on the back. It was an international shipment, and email communication was very good.

This is a fantastic bag. Good sized. Keeps everything dry. Compares to the YETI but much cheaper and the smaller size more for daily use.
