This backpack exceeded my expectations at all levels! This backpack is 100% waterproof guaranteed! I was walking in a heavy down pour for several hours and all my personal belongings inside the backpack were dry. It is very comfortable to use this backpack while walking for several hours even carrying heavy size items due to the padded back support. I recently travelled with this backpack and it was really convenient because the backpack perfectly fitted below the sit inside the airplane and also it fitted perfectly on top of my 20” carry on luggage (it stands up-right on its own). I love all of the small details of the backpack, such as the carabiner loops (I used them to hang misc small items), waterproof phone pocket (I can use while being outside in a downpour or water-related sport or activities), and the mesh water pocket (I use my Miir 25.3 oz water bottle and it fits perfectly) Also, inside of the backpack it has a laptop sleeve (fits my 14” laptop perfectly) which is convenient when working remotely or working on the go). Moreover, it has two small pocket organizers that is useful for small size items like carabiner loops, portable chargers, etc. Also, it has a medium sized-zipper inside which you can use to store additional items. If you’re looking for a 100% waterproof, strong material, versatile use (commute, hiking, traveling and water-related activities or sports), then this is the ideal backpack for you. P.S. The only small quirk with the backpack is that due to the welded and waterproof zippers, it is kind of a struggle to open and close the zipper. However, there’s a simple solution. You can either use a lip balm or a silicone lubricant and the backpack will open and close very smoothly. Enjoy this Amazing backpack! :)

I've been working on boats for ten years, and I can say this is the best backpack I've ever had. Completely waterproof and durable, easy to open and store your belongings. The internal pockets are very useful for organizing small items. Comfortable on the back. It was an international shipment, and email communication was very good.

These are definitely a must-have in marine environments, cold weather and in situations where clicking and rattling are a liability. These are polymer, so they don't scratch up finishes on metal and they DON'T GET JAMMED UP OR FROZEN IN SUB-FREEZING TEMPS. Non-magnetic, corrosion proof, no coating to rub off and are reasonably easy to open with gloves on. My only concern is gradual weakening from UV, but only time can tell if that is something to be concerned about.

i'll be honest here.. first aid kits usually aren't the first thing I think of when I head out the door. but this really has everything i need. the emergency blanket, dont know that ill ever use it but allways good to have one. fits in my car pretty easy. just a good thing to have.

I've always used aluminum or titanium carabiners for my EDC and because I use them for a lot of other purposes. What I really like about them: 1. You never have to worry about the hinge mechanism getting slightly bent and getting out of whack. 2. High level of resistance so I feel more secure with these than other non-locking carabiners. 2. Completely waterproof and will never rust or corrode. 3. SUPER lightweight- even more than my titanium carabiners. Possible downsides: 1. I can see that those with limited hand strength (i.e. small kids, disabled, etc.) might have a difficult time with these because it's not as easy to hold open with a simple hinge. This one fights back. Overall, I absolutely recommend.

I've had my breakwater supply Explorer for about 6 months. I live in central Florida so the waterproof-ness gets a workout. I've been traveling all over the world with it and it has proven time and time again to be a reliable travel companion. Some of the stitching was coming loose on the top handle - I reached out to customer support via their website to report it. They responded in less than 24 hours and after providing a few more details a new bag was in the mail and heading my way. I'd happily recommend this bag to friends, family and everyone else!

Great backpack. Definitely waterproof. In the Philippines i was on a boat for a 5 day island hopping trip and this was my main bag. I brought a drone with me on the boat trip and when we'd anchor off an island Id zip up the back pack with my drone in it and swim to shore. I did this on many islands and never a drop of water got into the bag, Id even kind of swim with it as a flotation device submerging it a bit and no problem. Also nice when thunderstorms would come through areas when I was on motorbikes and would get drenched but didnt even need to worry a bit about my gear getting wet, I'd just throw my phone in the bag and keep going with a smile. As of now I definitely recommend this bag. Want a waterproof backpack? Get one from Breakwater Supply hands down. Much love

25L bag looks and feels awesome, I can’t wait to put it to use. The cordura material seems extremely durable, wont rip or show any scuffs. Nice simple touches that go a long way compared to other brands that do the bare minimum such as the inside zipper compartment along with two other compartments, the reflective logos on the outside and the added buckle and hooks on the outside of the bag for easy acesss.
