I have the 15L in Goshen Gray - this is one excellent pack! I took it for a week to Costa Rica and used it on the boat for Scuba (where we got soaked) and also hiking in the rain forest, where we were in heavy rain all day. On the boat I had my wallet, phone, dry clothes, etc. and in the rain forest I had my camera in a padded camera cube and other gear. In both cases, my stuff stayed bone dry. But not only that, the pack was very comfortable to hike with, the fabric looks amazing and it has great pockets for a waterproof pack (which are usually very sparse or empty on organization since it's not cheap to weld additional pockets into the pack). The upper inside pocket is really great for keys, etc and the main inside pocket is great to segment your gear so that the pack doesn't become one giant black hold. Also, the pack is super light and really strong and tough, so it packed really well and flat into my main travel bag (unzipped) and then was great when we arrived as a day pack. The top handle is really handy and the sternum strap works really well. Can't recommend this bag highly enough, especially at the price. Thanks for making this one guys, I'll probably be back for more sizes!

This has been my everyday bag since I’ve received it! Not only is it completely waterproof but it’s super spacious and has several pockets for organization. I recommend this bag to everyone. The price is worth it!

As someone who is constantly traveling, spending a lot of time hiking, kayaking, and exploring - this backpack is perfect. It's waterproof, sturdy, has a ton of space, and looks great. Highly recommend!

Love it awesome backpack

I have been wearing the Halocline shoe for just over two weeks now and I find them to be very comfortable and cushy. I'm able to put them on easily although I see some people complain about the narrow fit, I guess if you wear wide width shoes it can be a bit challenging. I like that they are silent on most surfaces and can be worn in various situations, whether sports, casual or semiformal. I also like the reflective drawstring, it adds a nice touch. I will definitely be wearing them often. I wish that they fitted a bit higher over the ankles to ensure that water doesn't get inside the shoe. Overall it's an excellent product and I look forward to seeing a second iteration of it.

Writing as a Divemaster, marine ecologist, and full-time PhD student who spends months of the year collecting data in the field. While I've yet to drag this backpack through its paces out on a fieldwork season, I've been pleasantly surprised with how robust it has been as an EDC backpack in adverse winter conditions. It's burly and rugged, and has a functionally minimalist design with plenty of external lash points and additional features. I picked this bag over alternatives such as the Patagonia Guidewater line or the Fishpond Thunderhead primarily because of its built-in laptop sleeve and double airtight pockets (one main compartment and one outside compartment). I don't regret this decision at all, and am pleasantly and plentifully surprised at how well-made and thought-out this product is. My only gripe so far is how small the external water bottle sleeves are—none of my water bottles fit in them, but it's also hard to whine about a feature that none of the other submersible packs on the market even have to begin with, so I digress. The hingeless carabiners are also sleek and functional and don't feel disposable. In short, this bag seems perfect for my demanding use cases, and my only suggestions are 1) bigger/more expandable water bottle sleeves, and 2) a clearer picture of Breakwater Supply's commitment to conservation and sustainability and how their products and materials reflect this focus. I've had my breakwater supply Explorer for about 6 months. I live in central Florida so the waterproof-ness gets a workout. I've been traveling all over the world with it and it has proven time and time again to be a reliable travel companion. Some of the stitching was coming loose on the top handle - I reached out to customer support via their website to report it. They responded in less than 24 hours and after providing a few more details a new bag was in the mail and heading my way. I'd happily recommend this bag to friends, family and everyone else!

A company always stands out by the way they treat you with repeat purchases or post purchase issues. This company among many, shines. Not many in this realm shine this bright though. They're clothing line is plentiful and their emergency kits are thoroughly thought out and designed to take care of you even in the field. They're extensive and have everything you'd need on a bad day, even the unexpected items. They're prices are honestly extremely reasonable as well. Trust this company for your survival needs! Not alot of kits come as waterproof systems.

Amazing pack, and amazing customer service. Got this pack as a free replacement for one of their previous models that had a torn strap after just under 2 years of very hard use. They sent me this one and I am even more impressed with this iteration of their product. The only loss from the previous version that some might not like is that there is no longer the waterproof see-through phone pouch where another cupholder now sits, but personally that change is better for me. Cannot say enough good things about these packs or this company. Just make sure that each time you close the zipper you do so ALL THE WAY. Troy

Excellent product and build. I looked forward to doing my walks more consistently, even in the rain. Unfortunately, the US 12 (largest) is too tight for me. I am not sure if I can 'break it in' somehow. So, if you're a large 12 or 13, like me, you're out of luck. Still, an excellent product.

Use this as my fishing bag, love it. Enough room for multiple boxes, plus my scissors, pliers, measuring tape, etc. as well as snacks, my raincoat, and other misc items. Love it

Makes waterproof zippers work easier

Purchased this backpack since it has been storming recently and needed to protect my electronics. Works perfectly. Initially the front zipper was extremely difficult to get open and thought I would break it if I pulled any harder but it eventually yielded. Wearing the backpack is comfortable but the inside is pretty barebones. Would have liked some softer material on the inside on the bottom for padding but I guess there are manufacturing limitations. Overall should be worth it if it protects my electronics even 1 time.

I added these carabiner hooks to my Osprey Aether 60 pack and my Camelbak daypack for overnight backpacking and day hike trips. So far they work well and have no issues holding my hydroflask 16oz water bottle or Camelbak water bottle. I'll update if they end up snapping or failing while hiking on the trail.
