This kit is great to throw in the truck, boat, or backpack. Compact.

I bought the Fogland 25L backpack for a St Thomas USVI trip where we had a boat outing where we had to swim into different bars/restaurants. Worked great, kept everything inside dry. I used it once with very little equipment inside and a lot of air and swam quite far with it but it blew a seam…I think too much air in the bag/too much pressure on the seams and the top seam blew. Got a hold of customer service, explained what happened and within 12 hours a new bag was being sent my way. One year warranty with exceptional service, would recommend to anyone. My thoughts are most dry bags make you roll down the top of the bag to get all of the excess air out of the bag so not to build up internal pressure so you don’t blow out a seam on the bag. Overall a fantastic product made in the US just let the excess air out before getting in the water with the bag.

This bag is awesome! Did exactly what we needed to do while in the mountains of the Dominican Republic. We literally let the bag float around in the springs while we jumped from spring to spring. It is not 100% waterproof as you can't sink it underwater and guarantee nothing won't get a little wet but it will float and keep your stuff dry from the splash and the rain which we were caught in while trekking back down the mountain. It is a really good quality bag.

This has been my everyday bag since I’ve received it! Not only is it completely waterproof but it’s super spacious and has several pockets for organization. I recommend this bag to everyone. The price is worth it!

useful double pack for kayak trips

We run an all-weather camera delivery in NYC. Seven days or a week rain, shine or blizzard. We immediately knew we were dealing with professional grade gear when we opened the box, these bags are seriously constructed and for our purposes, keep very expensive camera gear bone dry after 10 hours out in the rain. That being said, they did not completely forget about the style end of things , the backpack does not look like a rubber dry-bag and can totally be used as an every day commuter backpack etc. So it’s pretty much consensus amongst those who review these products that they are an extremely high-quality product, recently we had a zipper issue and I got to experience the customer service end of the Breakwater brand philosophy. Super supportive, knowledgeable and ultimately resolved our issue immediately and with full satisfaction. They really went above and beyond making sure we were 110% happy, and as a result of combining top shelf quality products with missionststement of full client satisfaction have created a lifelong customer out of me. Great bagpack. Good size, comfortable to wear and holding up perfectly. Using on boat.

I haven’t used it for that long, but the quality looks/feels nice. The zippers need a bit of a tug to open, but there are loops that help with opening the zippers easily. It looks waterproof, but I haven’t tested it yet.

Have been using dry bags for years. This one is lightweight, made with quality material. Designed well. Reason I say this is because I have had multiple bags fail on me on the sides of the bag where the shoulder straps are anchored. After enough time, the stitching for the straps pulls away from the sides. Because this is anchored to the part that has the thin padding on the back, it's not pulling on the sides of the bag, and will not tear. It was a good design choice and one that I wanted to point out.

Two-time purchaser of this. Both are great quality. It's a heavyweight sweatshirt, which is what I like the most about it. So far the first one has held up and would expect the same from this one.

Just what I was looking for. So many things are included! Great value. Perfect for boat, but can be used for home or car or short trip. Will probably pick up a couple for gifts as well.

awesome backpack! was comparing this one to some of the competition like $300 the Yeti Panga. I was able to check out the Yeti at a store and The Breakwater Supply bag has the same if not BETTER quality than the Yeti backpack and only for a fraction of the cost! I would highly recommend Breakwater Supply waterproof backpacks to anyone looking for a fully waterproof submersible backpack.

Shoes are great for hiking and kayaking

The backpack was tested in real conditions, including hiking in rivers and canyons with waterfalls, where I needed to swim to navigate difficult passages. The backpack was fully submerged in water, and its contents remained completely dry and well-protected.

Perfect size for a day trip on a boat in the islands!
