I added these carabiner hooks to my Osprey Aether 60 pack and my Camelbak daypack for overnight backpacking and day hike trips. So far they work well and have no issues holding my hydroflask 16oz water bottle or Camelbak water bottle. I'll update if they end up snapping or failing while hiking on the trail.

That’s a wonderful bag that I decided to keep to go to work as I walk to work and currently live in Scotland. I also did day hiking in mountainous terrain and it was fine (of course it was not heavily charged). It can host a lot of stuff (sometimes too much!), contrary to most backpacks of the same volume, thanks to its format. It is also crafted with care, so should last for a while.

These are lightweight and low profile. Great for light duty applications. Attaching gear to backpacks and such. I got these for hanging my child’s toys to the ceiling of my garage.

4.5 stars. Great bag and excellent customer service! I bought this bag for a trip to the Galapagos and the Amazon next year, so I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it seems like a sturdy bag, and it's pretty cute. I like the texturized appearance of the Condura material but wish it came in more colours or even just a lighter beige. My only gripe is that the 20L pack doesn't have lash tabs or d-rings on the front or sides to secure gear. I know the 25L has those features, but 20-inch long bags look silly on smaller frames (I'm 5'2"), so I had to go with the 20L. It would be great if Breakwater added those features to the smaller bags or offered a shorter version of the 25L for women/shorter individuals. When I purchased the bag, I was worried that the water bottle pockets wouldn't fit my 20oz Lululemon water bottle (3-inch diameter), but I tested it at home, and it seems functional so far. The water bottle pockets have two layers of mesh and a ~0.5" thick elastic at the top, so my water bottle didn't fall out after jumping a few times, but it would be great if it went up about 2" higher. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I would love to see more features added to the smaller bags or even a submersible fanny pack in the future.

Can't beat it at the price!

This backpack is heavy duty! I work as a camp counselor at an outdoor camp and have used it in various weather conditions (rain/shine) and at different nature spots (lakes, waterfalls, rivers, trails, etc). I haven't tested its waterproof claim yet (been meaning to do so in my bathtub), but I have worn it while it rained, and the stuff in my backpack was absolutely dry! The zippers are hard to move, but that's because they are supposed to prevent water from seeping through. I do like how there is a pocket you can slip your phone into that you can see on the outside, and the material covering your phone is thin enough so that you can still touch your phone screen! I prefer this backpack to the other ones that have the openings at the top that you have to roll down - it's so much easier just being able to unzip the backpack and grab what I need! I think the only thing that tripped me up at first was the price point, but, other than that...I would highly recommend this backpack! It’s fabulous. Period. To the person who wrote that the zippers are hard to pull, you just don’t know how to use a waterproof zipper. There are little tabs on both ends of the zipper. You hold the tab nearest the zipper in one hand and pull with the other hand. All truly waterproof zippers are like that.

The best, most well made bag I have. I use it everytime I go fishing and never worry for my gear. Thank you breakwater for creating something that is stylish and gives me peace !

I used this backpack as my personal carry-on for a week long cruise to the Caribbean. I took it on a diving excursion and it did great keeping everything inside completely dry! One thing about the bag though, the zippers are stiff and definitely take 2 hands to open and close (there’s a reason there’s pull tabs on either side of the zippers). I saw this as more of a plus for this trip though, in the airport and traveling in the streets I didn’t have to worry about anyone getting into the bag without me knowing! My mom said she had Yeti coolers with zippers that were stiff like this though and there is a lubricant that can be put on to make it easier to open and close, I’m fine using it without though.

The bag is big, so i can fit my wetsuit inside, and it has a lot of cool features inside and around it (waterbottle, clipse, etc..).

These are very nice shoes and they fit well right out of the box. I am usually a US men’s 10.5 and I got the 11 which fits pretty well with just a small amount of space in the toe box that makes them feel breathable without being loose. The slip-on design is convenient because I can get them on and off quickly without fighting the heel. The cushioning is impressive for something this lightweight and it gives me solid support on long walks without any soreness afterward. The sole has a grippy feel that holds well on both wet decks and rocky trails which makes them great for a variety of surfaces. They are definitely waterproof which I confirmed during a hike that included crossing some shallow water. I stepped right into the stream and they had no trouble keeping my feet dry while still feeling comfortable for the entire hike itself. The material sheds water quickly afterward and dried faster than I expected which made them easy to keep using the same day. I also appreciate that they do not develop any odor after getting wet which tells me the lining material was well chosen. After using them for boating, hiking, and even some casual errands, they have proven to be a versatile pair that I can wear almost anywhere without worrying about comfort or performance.

Insane bag! ALL the features are there. I am using it for outdoor activities and also school/work. You wont find another bag designed like this or with these specs anywhere else- and I've done my fair share of research. Customer service is amazing and this is a company you want to "root" for and support !
