We run an all-weather camera delivery in NYC. Seven days or a week rain, shine or blizzard. We immediately knew we were dealing with professional grade gear when we opened the box, these bags are seriously constructed and for our purposes, keep very expensive camera gear bone dry after 10 hours out in the rain. That being said, they did not completely forget about the style end of things , the backpack does not look like a rubber dry-bag and can totally be used as an every day commuter backpack etc. So it’s pretty much consensus amongst those who review these products that they are an extremely high-quality product, recently we had a zipper issue and I got to experience the customer service end of the Breakwater brand philosophy. Super supportive, knowledgeable and ultimately resolved our issue immediately and with full satisfaction. So much more improved from my first backpack!

Easily the best backpack I could have bought for the conditions I am working in (Pacific Northwest coastal mud flats). Has kept my camera and optic gear dry and clean without a worry even in the wettest conditions. The material has been durable and I can see this bag lasting a while, being a very good investment.

I'm on or near the water everyday. I like to surf fish, kayak & boat and the need for waterproof gear is an absolute must for me. To be able to carry a first aid kit of this caliber inside a waterproof backpack where I can stow a lot of other gear makes my life around water very enjoyable and i don't have to stress about getting my gear wet.

Great service and awesome products

These are definitely a must-have in marine environments, cold weather and in situations where clicking and rattling are a liability. These are polymer, so they don't scratch up finishes on metal and they DON'T GET JAMMED UP OR FROZEN IN SUB-FREEZING TEMPS. Non-magnetic, corrosion proof, no coating to rub off and are reasonably easy to open with gloves on. My only concern is gradual weakening from UV, but only time can tell if that is something to be concerned about.

I absolutely love my waterproof bag. I’m an avid SCUBA diver, swimmer, etc. and it works well for my needs; no leaks and easy to clean. Also it is just the right size. The price was worth it and I will purchase more products in the future.

I brought this waterproof tote on my Paint & Paddle adventures and to the beach — and let me tell you, it downpoured on one of those days… and this bag was a total hero!!! The waterproofing? Exceptional. My supplies stayed bone dry, and I didn’t have to stress for a second! I’m obsessed with the zippers — they’re sleek, smooth, and make it so easy to grab what I need in the moment. The backpack was tested in real conditions, including hiking in rivers and canyons with waterfalls, where I needed to swim to navigate difficult passages. The backpack was fully submerged in water, and its contents remained completely dry and well-protected.

Excellent product and build. I looked forward to doing my walks more consistently, even in the rain. Unfortunately, the US 12 (largest) is too tight for me. I am not sure if I can 'break it in' somehow. So, if you're a large 12 or 13, like me, you're out of luck. Still, an excellent product.

I bought these a while ago! I just got them yesterday and they are sharp looking, really nice and fit well. They are made really well too and I’m excited to wear them!
