Just got back from a fishing trip wehre we had lots of luck. Brought this backpack with me and found it especially useful for the space it has and the waterproof abilities. Very well built. Plan to use it on similar trips in the future.

You know, how I found out about this bag is quite an accident. Was not promoted by anyone or seen it in the real world. I just see their videos of the backpack submerged in water and I was sold. Yesterday, I was in a grocery store, put my my backpack on the table. This group of seniors spilled water all over the table including my backpack and I am astonished to find my belongings are still dry inside. Works like magic!

Haven't had to test it all out yet, but it's great! And has scissors, not all all first aid kits do! The portable saw looks a little worrisome and wouldn't rely on it for creating stints however.

So much room, amazing build quality, really comfortable - it's the best backpack I've ever owned.

These are definitely a must-have in marine environments, cold weather and in situations where clicking and rattling are a liability. These are polymer, so they don't scratch up finishes on metal and they DON'T GET JAMMED UP OR FROZEN IN SUB-FREEZING TEMPS. Non-magnetic, corrosion proof, no coating to rub off and are reasonably easy to open with gloves on. My only concern is gradual weakening from UV, but only time can tell if that is something to be concerned about.

This backpack is amazing at doing it's job. The waterproofing works flawlessly! Even though the plastic makes it hard to use at first, it eventually loosens up with use. For anyone wondering, the built in laptop holder is perfect for 14" laptops. Otherwise, I wouldn't try putting anything bigger than that.

It's absolutely amazing so far. I've yet to get it close to it's capabilities, but I love how heavy duty it is, from the materials to the zippers and the welded seams. For gigs I carry all of my vital electronics, microphones, chargers and other tech in it and I've never been more confident. Just how much effort it takes to unzip the zippers is awesome. I'm definitely happy.

GREAT KIT! Has just about everything. I remember buying a survival bracelet years ago for about 15 bucks and there's one actually included in this kit and this one has a small compass and space for some tiny fishing tackle. The one thing it may be missing to be actual survivor worthy is a packable shovel and larger knife. the shovel can be makeshift and the knife I usually carry my own anyway. Other than that this is a really solid kit for price.

When it arrived in the mail it was on time with quick delivery. Showing excitement and ready to try out this new bag. Switching from a worn out a waterproof Patagonia 30L , after close to two-years of daily use. The primary Breakwater Supply backpack I use goes through ups and downs daily, with an average weight of ten pounds in the bag. Holding everything one might need and use for a business administrative lifestyle. Which in this case is education while in college over the next few years. Here comes the good news, this manufacture stands by there product with professional customer service and has provided a brand new Backpack after mine became damaged. If your looking to try a waterproof bag this company is offering a water tight sealed bag.

Small first aid kit, soft case, has the essentials worth keeping on hand. Size is nice. Easy to bring along.

I have the 15L in Goshen Gray - this is one excellent pack! I took it for a week to Costa Rica and used it on the boat for Scuba (where we got soaked) and also hiking in the rain forest, where we were in heavy rain all day. On the boat I had my wallet, phone, dry clothes, etc. and in the rain forest I had my camera in a padded camera cube and other gear. In both cases, my stuff stayed bone dry. But not only that, the pack was very comfortable to hike with, the fabric looks amazing and it has great pockets for a waterproof pack (which are usually very sparse or empty on organization since it's not cheap to weld additional pockets into the pack). The upper inside pocket is really great for keys, etc and the main inside pocket is great to segment your gear so that the pack doesn't become one giant black hold. Also, the pack is super light and really strong and tough, so it packed really well and flat into my main travel bag (unzipped) and then was great when we arrived as a day pack. The top handle is really handy and the sternum strap works really well. Can't recommend this bag highly enough, especially at the price. Thanks for making this one guys, I'll probably be back for more sizes!
