4.5 stars. Great bag and excellent customer service! I bought this bag for a trip to the Galapagos and the Amazon next year, so I haven't had a chance to use it yet, but it seems like a sturdy bag, and it's pretty cute. I like the texturized appearance of the Condura material but wish it came in more colours or even just a lighter beige. My only gripe is that the 20L pack doesn't have lash tabs or d-rings on the front or sides to secure gear. I know the 25L has those features, but 20-inch long bags look silly on smaller frames (I'm 5'2"), so I had to go with the 20L. It would be great if Breakwater added those features to the smaller bags or offered a shorter version of the 25L for women/shorter individuals. When I purchased the bag, I was worried that the water bottle pockets wouldn't fit my 20oz Lululemon water bottle (3-inch diameter), but I tested it at home, and it seems functional so far. The water bottle pockets have two layers of mesh and a ~0.5" thick elastic at the top, so my water bottle didn't fall out after jumping a few times, but it would be great if it went up about 2" higher. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase. I would love to see more features added to the smaller bags or even a submersible fanny pack in the future.Breakwater Supply Fogland Waterproof Backpack

All the way from Holland I am writing my excitement for this bag. I cannot wait to test it in BALI this January. And I mean, really test it. I've got water canyoning, mid quad rides and more planned. I am raving on the fact it's total waterproof and so far all the material seems of great quality. I wanted a bag that could last through everything on my day hikes. So I have cubes for my drone, lumix camera and action cam that devide the internal space. Then there's enough space left for a quick dry towel and everything. I'm a fan!Breakwater Supply River Ute Waterproof Backpack

This is a fantastic bag. Good sized. Keeps everything dry. Compares to the YETI but much cheaper and the smaller size more for daily use.Breakwater Supply River Ute Waterproof Backpack

Saltwater fishing all day today and the Halocline shoes performed wonderfully. They have excellent grip in slippery conditions and are extremely waterproof. Also very comfortable to wear!Breakwater Supply Halocline Waterproof Shoe

This is a really nice beach bag and I have been very impressed by how practical it is for water trips. It is really amazing how this bag stands up to water and sand because I have taken it out several times to the beach and even on a small boat ride and nothing inside has ever gotten damp. I got this to keep personal items including electronics like my phone, earbuds, and power bank protected, and it has been great for that. The waterproof zipper seals tightly and the shoulder strap feels comfortable enough to carry even when the bag is packed full. The IP68 rating seems accurate because I have accidentally splashed it a few times and the water just rolls right off without soaking in at all. The bag is quite well made and robust with thick materials that feel tough and built to last. The seams look heat welded rather than stitched which adds confidence that it will stay sealed long term. I like that the bottom panel has some structure so it stands upright when placed on the sand, making it easier to find things without the bag collapsing. The interior is spacious enough for towels, sunscreen, snacks, and a change of clothes while still leaving room for smaller valuables. After using it a few weekends in a row, I can say it has performed flawlessly and looks almost new even after being exposed to salt air and bright sun.Breakwater Supply Riverton Waterproof Utility Tote Bag

I love this backpack. I walk to work and needed something waterproof. It fits my umbrella, fold-up rain coat, rain pants, and lunch. The zippers are kinda stiff, but they will probably relax after a while. It's expensive, but definitely worth the price.Breakwater Supply Fogland Waterproof Backpack

I bought my bag through the Kickstarter campaign. It totally meets and exceeds my expectations at first blush. It seems to be of terrific quality, and is certainly the best bag I’ve bought on Kickstarter to date. I can definitely see it being a hit with people who spend a lot of time around water. I closed the zipper and it retained the air inside, and like on the video I was able to stand in it and the air did not leave the bag. Love the small details like the phone pouch with the clear plastic and the water bottle holder on the other side. I also love the computer pouch inside- will definitely keep the electronics safe. Very glad I got the blue- it’s very pretty. And the thinner material c/w the black still seems plenty tough enough- although time will tell. It may be a limited run though. Have not loaded it up and carried it for a long time to see its comfort, but the straps and the back panel seem well made and likely will hold up with protracted use. The campaign was super slick and smooth and the product came through very quickly and 100% on time, something that cannot be said for most of the KS campaigns. Even my wife loves the bag, and she can be quite fussy around this stuff. All-in-all very very happy. Wish all the KS products could be as good. Well done guys (and gals).Breakwater Supply Explorer Waterproof Backpack, 25L

This bag is perfect, and I don't say that lightly, I'm super picky and this bag has met all of my expectations: 1. The material is incredibly durable 2. It really is water submersible 3. Super comfortable 4. Spacious but doesn't make me look like I'm an overpacker even though I am it just gives a sleek look. The company is also amazing, you can tell they really car about their product and go to great lengths to make sure the customer is getting what they paid for if not more. I've contacted their customer service before and they responded in 1 day and solved my problems instantly. I began to look for this quality of companies when I shop.Breakwater Supply Fogland Waterproof Backpack

This survival first aid kit itself is high quality and made in the same fashion as the dry bags that you would purchase for kayaking or canoeing. The size is ideal since it is big enough to have a robust amount of items that would be needed during a crisis situation, but small enough that it will fit under the seat in my Tacoma. However, it would also do well strapped to the outside of a ruck or in some easily accessible place in a boat or kayak. It is made of tough material so I do not anticipate snags being a serious issue, provided it is not subjected to excessive wear. After years in the military, the content reminds me of the things we had in our “combat life saver” bags. All of the needed things to perform self aid or buddy aid are present provided one has the appropriate level of training and familiarity with the items. This survival first aid kit seems to be designed for the more typical outdoors injuries of small cuts, burns, and abrasions. It does not come with things that are more suited to higher level trauma and wound care, such as Isreali bandages. Therefore, if you are looking for something outside of the hunting or combat realm, this survival first aid kit will suffice for nearly everyone.Breakwater Supply Waterproof Survival First Aid Kit

High quality. Durably made of thick material. The back is nicely padded, but the straps are thin. All seams and connections are well made. Floats. No air leaks. 15l is about the size of a normal school backpack and it has three inside pockets to stay organized. The zippers are firm but easy to open and close. Elegant design. Fog white is light grey. I love it.Breakwater Supply Fogland Waterproof Backpack

These are definitely a must-have in marine environments, cold weather and in situations where clicking and rattling are a liability. These are polymer, so they don't scratch up finishes on metal and they DON'T GET JAMMED UP OR FROZEN IN SUB-FREEZING TEMPS. Non-magnetic, corrosion proof, no coating to rub off and are reasonably easy to open with gloves on. My only concern is gradual weakening from UV, but only time can tell if that is something to be concerned about.Breakwater Supply Hingeless Carabiner 4-Pack

I'm absolutely thrilled with my new waterproof backpack! As a photographer, I've had my fair share of close calls with rain and water damage. But this backpack has been a total game-changer. I've submerged it in water, worn it in torrential downpours, and even used it as a makeshift flotation device (just kidding, but it's that buoyant!) - and my gear has stayed bone-dry every time. The material is incredibly durable, and the sealing system is top-notch. I've packed my cameras, lenses, and accessories with confidence, knowing they'll be safe from the elements. The backpack itself is comfortable to wear, with padded straps and a sleek design that doesn't scream "waterproof" (in a good way). Pros: - Truly waterproof (not just water-resistant!) - Durable material and construction - Comfortable to wear - Keeps gear dry in extreme conditions Cons: - None (seriously, I'm struggling to think of any!) This backpack has given me the freedom to shoot in any weather, without worrying about my gear. Rainy days are no longer a concern - in fact, they're now an opportunity to capture unique shots without stress. If you're a fellow photographer or just someone who loves the outdoors, do yourself a favor and invest in this amazing waterproof backpack. Your gear (and you) will thank you!Breakwater Supply Fogland Waterproof Backpack

As someone who admittedly nerds out over high-quality bags (especially since my time in the military) this Breakwater Supply IP68-rated waterproof tote hits all the right notes. Yes, it comes with a premium price tag, but in this case, you absolutely get what you pay for. We spend a lot of time at the beach, and this is the perfect size for keeping our critical items sandproof and dry: electronics, chargers, sunscreen, and even diapers now that we’re using it as a hybrid beach/diaper bag. The internal elastic retention system is a nice touch, it keeps things from rattling around and adds a layer of organization you don’t usually see in waterproof bags. The construction is excellent. The welds (for lack of a better word) are clean, durable, and clearly built for abuse. It’s lightweight when empty and folds down easily. Also worth mentioning: the zipper grease. If you’ve used waterproof zippers before, you know how vital that little packet of grease is — and the fact that it’s included shows real forethought by the manufacturer.Breakwater Supply Riverton Waterproof Utility Tote Bag

We took the 20L Fogland Cordura Waterproof backpack with us for a week in Disneyworld. It is roomy and lightweight. It was in the 80's and my husband was completely comfortable with wearing it. The way the back is made prevented it from clinging to him. We were able to carry two stainless steel water bottles, neck fans, cooling towels, rain ponchos and snacks and our outer layers without having to stuff anything in there. We were even complimented on how nice it was after a security guard, who was forced to search it at the gate, questioned us as to whether or not it was waterproof. "Nice! You're going to need it!" This is a great alternative to a soggy backpack! Worth every penny. Great customer service, by the way.Breakwater Supply Fogland Waterproof Backpack
