These are definitely a must-have in marine environments, cold weather and in situations where clicking and rattling are a liability. These are polymer, so they don't scratch up finishes on metal and they DON'T GET JAMMED UP OR FROZEN IN SUB-FREEZING TEMPS. Non-magnetic, corrosion proof, no coating to rub off and are reasonably easy to open with gloves on. My only concern is gradual weakening from UV, but only time can tell if that is something to be concerned about.

It is way smaller than the pictures but complete.

This is a really nice beach bag and I have been very impressed by how practical it is for water trips. It is really amazing how this bag stands up to water and sand because I have taken it out several times to the beach and even on a small boat ride and nothing inside has ever gotten damp. I got this to keep personal items including electronics like my phone, earbuds, and power bank protected, and it has been great for that. The waterproof zipper seals tightly and the shoulder strap feels comfortable enough to carry even when the bag is packed full. The IP68 rating seems accurate because I have accidentally splashed it a few times and the water just rolls right off without soaking in at all. The bag is quite well made and robust with thick materials that feel tough and built to last. The seams look heat welded rather than stitched which adds confidence that it will stay sealed long term. I like that the bottom panel has some structure so it stands upright when placed on the sand, making it easier to find things without the bag collapsing. The interior is spacious enough for towels, sunscreen, snacks, and a change of clothes while still leaving room for smaller valuables. After using it a few weekends in a row, I can say it has performed flawlessly and looks almost new even after being exposed to salt air and bright sun.

Great for sloppy weather, boating, or casual wear.

A great bag. I constantly feel safe when I’m on vacation. The bag is tough and beautiful. An added advantage that nobody mentions except for being waterproof, is that I don’t have to take care all the time when I’m abroad for pickpockets because the bag is rigid. People don’t even think about it. BUY THIS BAG

So much more improved from my first backpack!

This was my impulse buy of the year probably. I ride standup jet skis, and hate having to go back through the no wake zone just because I’m gassed and need water. Crashed tested and approved this thing freaking rocks

Amazing backpack! Thoroughly used in South East Asia for 3 months. Swam with it, drove and hiked in the rain with it and my drone and electronics stayed bone dry through all of it. High quality. Durably made of thick material. The back is nicely padded, but the straps are thin. All seams and connections are well made. Floats. No air leaks. 15l is about the size of a normal school backpack and it has three inside pockets to stay organized. The zippers are firm but easy to open and close. Elegant design. Fog white is light grey. I love it.

Came as presented. Well made and completely waterproof. Perfect for taking on the boat.

Airtight and durable

Bought this bag as a comparison to a few others on the market, but this was better priced and had more features. I love the bag! Most importantly the pocket for the phone is what makes it the perfect bag when on the water.

We run an all-weather camera delivery in NYC. Seven days or a week rain, shine or blizzard. We immediately knew we were dealing with professional grade gear when we opened the box, these bags are seriously constructed and for our purposes, keep very expensive camera gear bone dry after 10 hours out in the rain. That being said, they did not completely forget about the style end of things , the backpack does not look like a rubber dry-bag and can totally be used as an every day commuter backpack etc. So it’s pretty much consensus amongst those who review these products that they are an extremely high-quality product, recently we had a zipper issue and I got to experience the customer service end of the Breakwater brand philosophy. Super supportive, knowledgeable and ultimately resolved our issue immediately and with full satisfaction.
