Any waterfowler knows the importance of keeping gear dry. Rather if it’s camera gear, or shells. The fogland backpack has allowed me do so. In fact, it has allowed me to chase more birds in the rain, sleet and snow without my gear being ruined.

Great backpack. Definitely waterproof. In the Philippines i was on a boat for a 5 day island hopping trip and this was my main bag. I brought a drone with me on the boat trip and when we'd anchor off an island Id zip up the back pack with my drone in it and swim to shore. I did this on many islands and never a drop of water got into the bag, Id even kind of swim with it as a flotation device submerging it a bit and no problem. Also nice when thunderstorms would come through areas when I was on motorbikes and would get drenched but didnt even need to worry a bit about my gear getting wet, I'd just throw my phone in the bag and keep going with a smile. As someone who admittedly nerds out over high-quality bags (especially since my time in the military) this Breakwater Supply IP68-rated waterproof tote hits all the right notes. Yes, it comes with a premium price tag, but in this case, you absolutely get what you pay for. We spend a lot of time at the beach, and this is the perfect size for keeping our critical items sandproof and dry: electronics, chargers, sunscreen, and even diapers now that we’re using it as a hybrid beach/diaper bag. The internal elastic retention system is a nice touch, it keeps things from rattling around and adds a layer of organization you don’t usually see in waterproof bags. The construction is excellent. The welds (for lack of a better word) are clean, durable, and clearly built for abuse. It’s lightweight when empty and folds down easily. Also worth mentioning: the zipper grease. If you’ve used waterproof zippers before, you know how vital that little packet of grease is — and the fact that it’s included shows real forethought by the manufacturer.

Received mine a few days back and and very happy with the quality, look and comfort of these shoes. Have tested in 2 inches of water and they have proved totally waterproof. Nicely reinforced at the toes too, providing more than adequate protection. The shoe length was fine given my average sized feet but they are a fairly tight fit width wise, so anyone with wider than average feet might want to consider moving one size up if my experience is anything to go by. Great product and happy to recommend.

I bought this dry bag just to keep my items dry while kayaking on the lake, ocean, or hanging out on the beach. Wow, I was pretty surprised at the high quality of this bag. I love it. I placed my items inside rolled it up and carry like a backpack. I've left it out in the rain and even threw it in the water just to test it out and it actually floats. Everything stayed dry. I intended to store it inside the stern hatch of my sea kayak, but it's so damn good that I strapped it right onto the deck to save on storage space. I haven't fully submerged the bag and held it underwater because I can't really see anytime that it might be necessary or actually occur. I have purchased other dry bags specifically for kayaking and boating, this one is better than all of them. My new favorite bag. Big enough to travel with and small enough for a carry-on when flying. I really do like this bag. I'm looking for other items from the manufacturer. No issues so far and would certainly recommend this product.

You know, how I found out about this bag is quite an accident. Was not promoted by anyone or seen it in the real world. I just see their videos of the backpack submerged in water and I was sold. Yesterday, I was in a grocery store, put my my backpack on the table. This group of seniors spilled water all over the table including my backpack and I am astonished to find my belongings are still dry inside. Works like magic!

This bag will serve a dual purpose 1) travel either airlines or my car 2) to be placed in my basket on my E bike to go to the Lighthouse in the winter. It gets cold and windy at the top of the lighthouse. I dress down for my ride there but, need extra things at the top. So just to see how much I could take if needed I stuffed the bag. The following all fit in.; extra pants, long johns, rain jacket (Columbia fairly heavy), super thick sweatshirt, an additional pull over sweatshirt, knit hat, ear muffs , scarf, wool socks, thin socks, waterproof shoes or rubber covers (try rubber covers, galoshes for older people). Also small bicycle pump and repair tire kit. All in a waterproof bag. That keeps it shape and is very well made. Another plus it fit in my over size Electric Bike Company model R bike basket. Yet it also felt very good with great weight distribution, when I placed it on my back. Perfect as a carry on bag. By having all these options it was easier justifying the price. The old saying is “ you get what you payed for” in this case I got more in quantity, storage and waterproof. I received before the arrival date in excellent condition.' Tried to find fault with the bag. I could not. The bag has some reflective material that works well at night. If needed you can easily add a light to the bottom handle or a reflective belt around the bag.

Feels good knowing that we're prepared for a different boating situations. Having the watreproof bag helps in keeping protected from those big waves!

Perfect size for a day trip on a boat in the islands!

I fucking love it, I just wish there was one more exterior pocket towards the top for easy access to things. When your bag is on the ground in front of u (which often it is) it's much more convenient to get something quick out of a top pocket that's on the outside.. I truly believe with that addition it would be the best backpack I ever had.
