By far the best waterproof bag I’ve ever used. It’s been on several scuba dive trips, boat rides, and even swimming with me on a excursion that had a water portion involved. Zero leaks, and it looks brand new after over a year, and multiple uses! Forget the price, you will have this bag for a long time. Totally worth it!

Quality! The details are what make this stand out. It does fit relatively snug, what most brands would call their "athletic fit". If you're in between then go up a size. Very happy with this. Will be looking forward to wearing it when it's colder.

We run an all-weather camera delivery in NYC. Seven days or a week rain, shine or blizzard. We immediately knew we were dealing with professional grade gear when we opened the box, these bags are seriously constructed and for our purposes, keep very expensive camera gear bone dry after 10 hours out in the rain. That being said, they did not completely forget about the style end of things , the backpack does not look like a rubber dry-bag and can totally be used as an every day commuter backpack etc. So it’s pretty much consensus amongst those who review these products that they are an extremely high-quality product, recently we had a zipper issue and I got to experience the customer service end of the Breakwater brand philosophy. Super supportive, knowledgeable and ultimately resolved our issue immediately and with full satisfaction. They really went above and beyond making sure we were 110% happy, and as a result of combining top shelf quality products with missionststement of full client satisfaction have created a lifelong customer out of me. I bought my Fogland 25 L (in green canvas) two years ago. It is a marvellous product, technical and also nice, so much so that last year I used it to carry my laptop and day stuff to go to work in Scotland, used it for my field gear in Southern Mexico, and here in Canada to stuff my gear on kayak trips (it is huge and a lot fits inside). Everyone admires it, in town or outdoors, but even more than for its cool look, I love it for the craftsmanship. So far it looks like new, while most of similar products I have owned -and loved- started to show signs of wear and tear after two years.

I searched high and low for the perfect backpack to carry sensitive camera gear onto boats that often take saltwater splash, and deep puddles where I may need to stick my bag. This is it. It's perfect. I have had the zipper give me trouble a couple times over the years, but customer service is the best I've ever seen. They replace the bag straight way. I wish all companies cared this much. Can't recommend enough!

I actually bought this after I purchased their drybag backpack, which I LOVE! I usually use it when riding my bike, but I've taken it camping and to the river several times as well. Holding up great so far! The only issue I have with the first aid kit is that it says waterproof, but I'm not sure how since the zipper looks like a normal zipper. I might test it with all the paper things taken out, so, I'll update after that. Otherwise everything included is great!

Two-time purchaser of this. Both are great quality. It's a heavyweight sweatshirt, which is what I like the most about it. So far the first one has held up and would expect the same from this one.

The backpack I received is of the highest quality. However, more importantly is the top notch customer service I received in asking questions and getting them answered……Great individuals and company to deal with!!!!

Perfect size for a day trip on a boat in the islands!

I used this backpack as my personal carry-on for a week long cruise to the Caribbean. I took it on a diving excursion and it did great keeping everything inside completely dry! One thing about the bag though, the zippers are stiff and definitely take 2 hands to open and close (there’s a reason there’s pull tabs on either side of the zippers). I saw this as more of a plus for this trip though, in the airport and traveling in the streets I didn’t have to worry about anyone getting into the bag without me knowing! My mom said she had Yeti coolers with zippers that were stiff like this though and there is a lubricant that can be put on to make it easier to open and close, I’m fine using it without though.

The backpack is fantastic. Very spacious, particularly in depth. I love the simple layout, and it is very high quality. I very much appreciate the cup holders on the side but wish they were able to hold slightly larger vessels.
